Together they founded Animal Architecte in 2018. Camille Dagen is a director, a playwright and an actress. Emma Depoid is a production designer. They met at the TNS school in Strasbourg. Theatre and performing arts constitute the non-exclusive heart of Animal Architect. Shows are pervaded with a strong interest in non theatrical materials : photography, architecture, dance, philosophy, history and musical critique… The ECH has been supporting them since their second show Bandes (2021), enabling them to deploy some ambitious writing for large stages.
