Founded in the HDF region 15 years ago and touring the whole world, the XY company explores acrobatics through lifts. While relying on this circus technique’s basics, the artists play with the rules, rhythms and codes of acrobatics to better focus on it. The company has chosen to work in great numbers to increase possibilities and widen its scope of experimentation. The XY company has chosen to be a collective of artists focused on a collegial process. Consequently, they prioritize the audience by putting on super shows on stage, in the public space or in any place enabling frontal or circular scenography.  

Le Pas du Monde is the sixth show by the company after Möbius (2019, created at the Phénix for its reopening), Les Voyages (2018), Il n’est pas encore minuit… (2014), Le Grand C (2009) and Laissez-Porter (2005).
